In-person personal training you will get full personal attention to your goals. When choosing the personal training option you will get:

  • FREE consultation, assessment and initial training session to determine physical condition and therefore be able to understand the right way forward towards achieving targets set.
  • Well organised, unique training program to suit your needs and physical abilities
  • Training sessions to suit your daily and weekly schedule
  • Periodic assessments to determine progress
  • Advice on nutrition
  • At least 1 free massage session for every 4 week programme booked
  • FREE massage or training session for a successful referral
  • 10% discount on apparel and accessories purchased from Teamsport
  • Couples – 2nd person pays half price
  • Showering facilities available at premises giving the opportunity to train early before work or straight after work.

Since each individual will have their own time restrictions, the personal training schedule can be moulded according to how many sessions per week you will be able and willing to commit to.
