Apart from personal training I will be organising group training for whoever wants to enjoy getting fit with others. Everyone is welcome! There will be training sessions ideal for beginners or even for the more experienced fitness junkie. Group sessions will consist of no more than 6 persons thus ensuring a level of personal attention even during the group training sessions

Pricing is based on the number of persons in the session:
2 persons €10.00
3 to 4 persons €7.00
5 to 6 persons €5.00

  • High Intensity Interval Training
These sessions are ideal for whoever wants to burn fat fast. This kind of training consists of short to medium bouts of moderate to high intensity activity (20 to 45 seconds) followed by an active rest period for recovery (generally 30 to 60 seconds). The sessions are a continuous non-stop workout of different exercises aimed at toning and creating a whole body workout. Due to the fact that the workout will be intense the length of the sessions generally last from 20 to 35 minutes.
  • Cross training based sessions
Cross training sessions will aim at providing training for whoever wants to keep fit while building strength and muscle. Cross training will involve a lot of functional movements using body weight as well as weight resistant movements so that the body is pushed to the extreme thus causing the needed physical, nervous and cardiorespiratory triggers to produce change from within and forging a new, stronger you!
  • General fitness no equipment full body workouts
Not up to eating iron? No problem. These full body workouts will have you huffing, puffing and burning calories all throughout the workout. With a few functional movements organised in a simple routine we can have a fun and active general workout every time focusing on different aspect of the body. One day it can be upper body, lower body or the core.
  • Suspension training
Suspension training is another total body workout technique. With suspension training you are using your body weight and gravity to cause resistance. The versatility of this technique is vast and very flexible in terms of having the same training session being done at different difficulty levels thanks to the easy adjustment of the bands and body positioning. Thanks to this, progression from easy to harder levels is done according to the ability of the person training and therefore the possibility of progress is limitless!
  • Calisthenics training
Basically Calisthenics is another form of bodyweight training, but with a twist. The word calisthenics comes from greek – Kalos, which means beauty, and sthenos, which means strength. By using the most basic human body strengthening movements and their variations we will create a programme to become stronger with the aim of performing actions like handstands, muscle-ups, human flags.Main movements used to train calisthenics:

    • Squats
    • Push-ups
    • Dips
    • Pull-ups and chin-ups
    • Crunches and core exercises
  • Yoga
Together with a qualified yoga teacher we will delve into the world of yoga and its different poses and facets. Yoga sessions can be calming and relaxing but can also be intense and provide a real workout when performed at a certain pace and performing certain movements and poses. Join us and give it a try!
