Others will come here because they want to get stronger, maybe lose weight or just looking for a different training session to spice up their training routine. Ultimately the goal is for anyone of you to be a better and improved version of your current selves. With the help of an attentive approach to your goals and needs Personal Touch Systems will work with you to develop the best path towards being healthier and therefore a happier, more confident person.
You can choose from group sessions that will be aimed at all levels to help improve general group training fitness through a variety of training techniques ranging from High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) to calisthenics to cross functional training. This way training is always challenging and interesting keeping you intrigued and providing continuous stimulus for you and your body to drive it towards improved strength and condition. If you prefer a more personal approach we can provide a personal training scheme where you will be closely guided and supervised through a uniquely planned training schedule moulded around your lifestyle so that you can reach your goals without disrupting your life to the minimum and hopefully maintaining it even after your goals have been reached. Our aim is not a temporary solution for the summer but a lifelong change towards a healthier and happier you!!
